Amna Al Jallaf, Al Jallaf Advocates’ Managing Partner, participated as a member of the “360 Degrees of Key Aviation Cases” legal panel during the 1st Hague CAA Conference, where she spoke about resolving aviation disputes in the United Arab Emirates and the region and discussed the current challenges and recommendations in that area of the law. The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation Conference brought together and connected over 100 aviation industry experts and dispute-resolution specialists from around the world. The Hague CAA Conference is a full day event and delves into the nuances of contractual dispute resolution across the vast global aviation industry, with a particular focus on the evolution of arbitration and mediation in such context as embodied by The Hague CAA. Dr. Ihab Arja is a globally recognized attorney-at-law and aviation sector expert. Holding a PhD, he specializes in high-profile litigation, aircraft finance & leasing, regulation, accident investigations, and business aviation. Ihab is a sought-after speaker at international aviation conferences and a published author on topics including commercial aviation developments, environmental regulation, and the Cape Town Convention.
