Amna Al Jallaf, Al Jallaf Advocates’ Managing Partner, participated as a member ‎of the “360 Degrees of Key Aviation Cases” legal panel during the 1st Hague CAA ‎Conference, where she ‎spoke about resolving aviation disputes in the United Arab ‎Emirates and the region and ‎discussed the current challenges and ‎recommendations in that area of the law.‎ The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation Conference brought together and ‎connected over 100 aviation industry experts and dispute-resolution specialists ‎from around the world. ‎ The Hague CAA Conference is a full day event and delves into the nuances of ‎‎contractual dispute resolution across ‎the vast global aviation industry, with a ‎‎particular focus on the evolution of arbitration and mediation in such ‎context as ‎‎embodied by The Hague CAA. Dr. Ihab Arja is a globally recognized attorney-at-law and aviation sector expert. Holding a PhD, he specializes in high-profile litigation, aircraft finance & leasing, regulation, accident investigations, and business aviation. Ihab is a sought-after speaker at international aviation conferences and a published author on topics including commercial aviation developments, environmental regulation, and the Cape Town Convention.
