More than a ”local firm”
Proudly rooted in the UAE, Al Jallaf is more than just a “local” firm. The predominant perception of local law firms have not always been positive. The experience of the international business community has been that such firms can be unresponsive, unappreciative of commercial deadlines, and stunted by communication difficulties.
More than simply overcoming these perceptions, Al Jallaf actively promotes better working practices. Placing our client’s needs at the centre of everything we do, our internationally qualified team provide regular feedback, English and Arabic language documents and summaries; and workable commercial and legal solutions.
More flexible than ”big law”
Our business model means we can readily supplement the work of international law firms, providing key local litigation support and advice. Our Team is highly experienced in running its own case management, but can also seamlessly (and virtually) sit within a team managed by your own international legal counsel. Our standards and internal procedures have been developed to converge and integrate with those of international counsel.
We keep these standards under regular review to ensure we move with developments in legal practice. However, we do not aim to mimic the business practices of “Big Law”. Clients benefit from our independence and practical local knowhow. As we choose to remain small, Al Jallaf offers its clients a more flexible, bespoke service. Moreover, we remain unrestrained by office bureaucracy and conflicts of interest.
